Celebrating Childhood

To lighten up the lives and hearts of the onlookers and to bring priceless smiles on the faces of students of Meenakshi Public School, sector 10 A Gurgaon, childhood was celebrated on Children’s Day. Various activities were conducted throughout the day. A three hour long puppet show was organized for the primary wing which was specially designed for the school students carrying the theme ‘Bachhe Man K Sache’. The main aim was to make the young students enjoy and simultaneously create awareness.

Games and sports are what children enjoy the most. Hence, they were thrilled when fun filled cricket match was organized for the middle wing. In a friendly rivalry match the two teams comprised of Meenakshi Public School and Meenakshi World School and they put their best foot forward. The Principal, Ms. Vipula Saxena addressed the assembly and asked students to balance work and fun which would lay the foundation to live a happy present and bright future.

Overall the students were overwhelmed with the experience and joyously participated in all the activities.
